Adverbs
Adverbs give the reader more detail about actions.
For example, Yesterday I walked to the dairy.
Yesterday I walked quickly to the small dairy.
I added quickly and small to the sentence to give the reader more information.
The bird sang a song.
The small white bird gracefully sang a song.
The singer was good.
The beautiful singer was really good.
