the benefits of physical activity


How does exercise affect our body and mind?
Exercise affects your body by make it healthier and it affects our mind by calming it down.
It also incresess your heart rate, It also pumps more oxygen to the brain. 
What physical activity I do
  1. running
  2. stretching
  3. walk 
  4. biking 
my goal is to go walking every week with my dad for 2 hours.
